Kyiv, October 1-3, 2015. Canyon central team have organized its annual meeting for ASBIS specialists from Europe region. The event has gathered sales and marketing specialists, responsible for EMEA regions. The key topics of the discussion were new ASBIS business KPI’s to be reached, marketing strategy and product line perspectives. At the second part of the training, managers had an opportunity to simulate problematic situations and get some provision for future negotiations with buyers. As well, they have been taught how to create “the best trade offer” and respond to the customers’ claims.
The key objectives of the meeting were to get the single vision of Canyon business approach and to elaborate the united action program. For the summary, both central and local Canyon teams have got the exact roadmap to success by the end of this year.
