Warranty support is provided only in shops of purchase

If your Canyon product has a factory defect, please return it to a shop of purchase for warranty support. You’ll need to bring your payment receipt and the product to validate the warranty.

Canyon products are not repairable. Parts or particles of Canyon products are not produced.
